
How To Make Earl Grey French 75 Cocktail
Shake your usual French 75 cocktail up by mixing it with Earl Grey tea-infused gin, honey syrup, champagne, and fresh lemon juice!

Ingredients
For Earl Grey-infused Gin:
- ½cupgin,such as Hendrick’s
- 2teabagsEarl Grey tea,such as Numi Organics
For Simple Honey Syrup:
- 3tbsphoney
- 3tbspwater
For Cocktail:
- 1ozEarl Grey-infused gin
- ¾ozlemon juice,fresh
- ½ozsimple honey syrup
- dry champagne,or Prosecco, to top off the drink, a few ounces per drink
- twistlemon,to garnish
Instructions
Earl Grey-infused Gin:

Measure out the gin and submerge tea bags in the liquid. Cover the gin and let it seep for 1 hour.

Remove the tea bags, squeezing absorbed gin into the mixture, before discarding the bags.
Simple Honey Syrup:

Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, whisking occasionally, just until the honey has melted into the water. Remove from heat.
Cocktail:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Earl Grey-infused gin, lemon juice, and simple honey syrup in the proportions listed above. Securely fasten the cap on the shaker and shake for about 20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the liquid into champagne glasses and top with champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
