
How To Make Grapefruit and Rosemary Honey Cocktail
Enjoy a light and tasty twist to cold days with this Grapefruit and Rosemary Honey Cocktail mixed with vodka, fresh grapefruit juice, lemon, and rosemary.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2ozruby red grapefruit juice,fresh, 1 grapefruit yields 6 to 8 of juice
- 1½ozStoli vodka,or gin
- ½small lemon,juiced
- ½ozsimple honey syrup
- 2inchrosemary,sprig
- pinchsea salt
- 3inchrosemary,sprig, to garnish
For simple honey syrup:
- ¼cuphoney
- ¼cupwater
Instructions
Simple Honey Syrup:

Pour the honey and water into a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend the honey into the water and remove from heat (there is no need to bring the mixture to a simmer, this process should only take a couple of minutes).
Cocktail:

Fill a small cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the grapefruit juice, vodka, lemon juice, and simple honey syrup. Top with a sprig of rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Put on the lid and shake for about 20 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
