- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean and dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form.

Gradually add in the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.

Gently fold in the vanilla extract.

Transfer the meringue mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Pipe small mounds of meringue onto the prepared baking sheet.
