How To Make Clementine French 75
Enjoy an extra boozy and fun weekend or happy hour with this bright and refreshing French 75 cocktail, with a fun twist brought by clementine!

Ingredients
- 1ozgin,such as Hendrick’s
- 1ozclementine juice,fresh
- ½ozsimple honey syrup
- dry champagne,or Prosecco, or Cava, a few ounces per drink, to top off drink
- twistclementine,peel, or wedge, to garnish
For Simple Honey Syrup:
- 3tbsphoney
- 3tbspwater
Instructions
Simple Honey Syrup:

Warm the honey so it will mix it into the water. In a tiny saucepan on the stove, combine the honey and water. Warm over medium heat, whisking occasionally, just until the honey has melted into the water. Remove from heat.
Cocktail:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, clementine juice, and simple honey syrup in the proportions listed. Securely fasten the cap on the shaker and shake for about 20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the liquid into champagne glasses and top with champagne. Garnish with a twist or wedge of clementine and serve immediately.
