How To Make Strawberry Champagne Cocktail Recipe

A refreshing summer cocktail with fresh strawberries and bubbly champagne.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 bottle chilled champagne
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup triple sec
1 lime, sliced
Ice, for serving

Instructions

In a blender, puree the strawberries with sugar.
Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Add the chilled champagne, vodka and triple sec to the pitcher with the strawberry mixture.
Add lime slices to the pitcher and stir.
Serve over ice in a champagne glass.
