2 (11.2 oz) bottles Guinness beer
1 (750ml) bottle Champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

Chill the Guinness beer and Champagne in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Fill each glass halfway with Guinness beer.
Slowly pour the Champagne over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the Guinness.
Gently stir once to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
