Ingredients
- 1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
 - 12 garlic prawns, peeled and deveined
 - 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
 - 
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
 - 
Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - 
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
 - 
Add the garlic prawns and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
 - 
Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
 - 
Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender.
 - 
Season with salt and pepper.
 - 
Divide the prawns and asparagus evenly among the puff pastry squares, placing them in the center.
 - 
Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling to create a tartlet shape.
 - 
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
 - 
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crispy.
