Ingredients

  • 4 ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, discarding the pits.

  2. Place the mangoes, sugar, lime juice, and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or loaf pan.

  4. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.

  5. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

  6. Scoop into serving bowls or cones and enjoy!
