How To Make Mango Sorbet

Ingredients
- 4 ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Peel and chop the mangoes, discarding the pits.

Place the mangoes, sugar, lime juice, and water in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or loaf pan.

Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until firm.

Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Scoop into serving bowls or cones and enjoy!
