Ingredients

  • 2 tsp tapioca cornstarch or flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon nutmeg or apple pie spice
  • ½ cup apple juice concentrate
  • 2 crust pastry
  • 4 cups apples sliced

Instructions

  1. Toss all the filling ingredients together.
  2. Put in a pie shell and top with another crust.
  3. Seal edges and cut a few slits in top.
  4. Bake at 425 for 10-15 min.
  5. Then bake at 325 for 35-45 min.
