  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, corn syrup, bourbon, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  4. Stir in the chopped pecans.

  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
