  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp. nutmeg
  • tsp. ginger
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten


  1. Combine apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a large mixing bowl

  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Add milk gradually.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes.
