How To Make Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
This moist and delicious chocolate cake can be made in just a few minutes in the microwave, perfect for a quick and indulgent treat.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 pieces of small chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- 
In a large microwaveable mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. 
- 
Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. 
- 
If you want to add chocolate pieces, push them into the center of the batter. 
- 
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set. 
- 
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
