How to Make Easy Mountain Dew Jello Salad
This yummy jello salad mixes together Mountain Dew, lemon Jell-O, and pineapples to create a satisfying dessert.

Ingredients
- 12 oz heavy cream, chilled
- 10 oz pineapple, (1 can), crushed, well-drained
- 8 oz marshmallows
- 7 oz Mountain Dew
- 6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 oz lime gelatin powder, (1 pkg), or lemon gelatin powder, preferably Jell-O
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine the Mountain Dew & marshmallows in a saucepot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are melted.
- Once melted, set aside at room temperature and allow to cool slightly.
- Add the gelatin powder once the liquid is warm. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Once dissolved, add the cream cheese and pineapple. Whisk until evenly incorporated. Set aside.
- Whip your chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks. Fold in mayonnaise until evenly incorporated.
- Fold your gelatin mixture until evenly incorporated. Pour into a preferred mold of your choice and cover.
- Set aside in a chilled area. Allow this to firm up, anywhere from 6 hours to overnight.
- Once ready to unmould, briefly dip your mold into some warm water. Flip onto a serving ware and slowly lift the mold to release. Serve immediately!
