How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Hummus Wraps Recipe

A delicious and healthy wrap filled with red bell pepper and creamy hummus.

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of hummus
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves


  1. Warm the tortillas in microwave or oven if desired.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each tortilla.

  3. Top with sliced red bell pepper, spinach leaves and feta cheese.

  4. Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half.

  5. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.
