Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup homemade hummus
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • Handful of spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.

  2. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of hummus.

  3. Divide the sliced cucumber, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and spinach leaves between the tortillas.

  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
