How To Make Carrot & Hummus Roll-ups

- 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin, long strips
- 1 cup of hummus
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Lay out a tortilla wrap and spread a generous amount of hummus evenly over it.

Place a few carrot strips on top of the hummus, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle some fresh cilantro leaves over the carrots and season with salt and pepper.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the tortilla, making sure the filling is secure.

Repeat with the remaining tortilla wraps and ingredients.
