How To Make Easy Garlic Butter

A simple garlic butter recipe that’ll elevate your dining pleasure. This compound butter has a few ingredients but adds quite a depth of flavor to any dish.

Ingredients

  • ½cupbutteror spread of choice, softened at room temperature
  • 2clovesgarlicminced (or 1 tsp powdered)
  • 2tbspparsleyfreshly chopped
  • Saltto taste (if using unsalted butter)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a small serving bowl, and mix until combined.

  2. Form to the shape you prefer and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Tip: Serve over a hot corn on the cob or a nice crispy pan of sweet potatoes!
