  • 2 pounds of crab legs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the crab legs on a baking sheet or directly on the grill grates.

  4. Brush the crab legs with the garlic butter sauce, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Cook the crab legs for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through and lightly charred, basting with more sauce halfway through.

  6. Remove the crab legs from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve the crab legs with extra garlic butter sauce on the side.
