How To Make Calamari and Lemon Garlic Butter Recipe
Tender calamari sautéed in a flavorful lemon garlic butter sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Dredge calamari rings in the flour mixture and shake off excess flour.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the calamari rings to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Squeeze in lemon juice and stir in chopped parsley, cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
