How To Make Mahi Mahi with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.

Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Mahi Mahi for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Alternatively, bake the Mahi Mahi in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

While the Mahi Mahi is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Remove the butter and garlic from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
