Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. Grill the Mahi Mahi for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Alternatively, bake the Mahi Mahi in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

  4. While the Mahi Mahi is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  6. Remove the butter and garlic from heat and stir in the lemon juice.

  7. Once the Mahi Mahi is done cooking, top each fillet with the garlic lemon butter sauce and serve hot.
