
How To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Lovers’ Granola
Indulge in a sweet breakfast with this granola recipe! It’s tossed with oats and peanuts, sweetened honey, peanut butter, and chocolate for a richer meal.

Ingredients
- 3cupsold fashioned rolled oats
- ¾cuppeanuts,or any nut
- 3tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
- ½cupcreamy peanut butter,or crunchy
- ⅓cuphoney
- ¼cupcoconut oil
- 1tsppure vanilla extract
For Optional:
- ½cupchocolate chips
- peanut butter,melted, for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Mix the oats, peanuts, and cocoa powder together in a large bowl.

Melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil together in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Pour over the oats and mix until all oats are moistened.

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring and flipping every 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and, if adding chocolate chips, sprinkle the granola with them while it is still warm. Stir.

Allow to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
