A simple recipe for very tasty berry salad. The perfect snack at anytime of the day but chock-full of vitamins and flavor that you wouldn't crave for anything else.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup red raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, red raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
  2. Add yogurt and almond extract.
  3. Carefully fold into the berries.
  4. Refrigerate until serving time.
