  • 1 box gingerbread mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package of instant tangerine pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1 cup of whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix gingerbread mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch square baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the gingerbread cool.

  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together tangerine pudding mix, milk, and grated ginger. Let the pudding set in the fridge for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Cut the gingerbread into bite-sized pieces. In 4 trifle glasses, layer the gingerbread pieces and tangerine pudding evenly.

  4. Finish each trifle with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!
