How To Make Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
This compote recipe is made from strawberries rhubarb cooked in sugar and spices — even more delicious with ice cream, yogurt, or toast on top!

- 1lbstrawberries,washed and dried
- 1lbrhubarb,leaves removed and stalks washed
- 2tbsphoney
- 1tbspwater
Instructions

Hull strawberries and cut into quarters.

Cut rhubarb in 2 inch slices.

Combine compote ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and gently simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, until reduced and thickened and the fruit has softened.
