This healthy and quick acai bowl recipe is good for breakfast or dessert made with frozen fruits mixed with a smoothie base in one flavorful bowl.

  • 1banana,frozen
  • 1cupfrozen berries
  • ¼cupice ,or extra frozen berries
  • ozAcai packet,frozen
  • ½cupapple juice,or milk, or as needed to blend
  • ½cupvanilla yogurt,optional


  1. Break up the acai packet into chunks and put it in the blender.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth adding more liquid if needed.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings. Serve immediately.
