How To Make Roasted Garlic

Add an exciting flavor to your side dishes or pasta with this roasted garlic, roasted to a sweet and mild flavor that puts a delicious taste to your dishes.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 30 minutes



  • 2garlic bulbs
  • 2tbspolive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Rub the bulb of garlic to remove all of the loose papery skin.

  3. Cut off the top of the garlic so you can see the insides of each clove.

  4. Place garlic on a square of foil and drizzle generously with olive oil. Seal the foil well.

  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until the cloves are very soft and golden brown.

  6. Cool and squeeze the cloves out. Use in recipes or spread on bread.
