How To Make Baked Custard drizzled with Cinnamon-Cranberry Sauce

Baked Custard:

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 ½ cups milk, scalded
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Cranberry sauce:

  • 16 oz whole cranberry sauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


Baked Custard:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium-sized bowl

  3. Stir in 2 ½ cup of scalded milk.
  4. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Place in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
  7. Do not overbake!

Cranberry sauce:

  1. To prepare, place sauce in a small saucepan.
  2. Add cinnamon and heat mixture on medium low heat until warm.
  3. To serve, place a portion of custard in a bowl and drizzle with warm cranberry sauce
