How To Make Easy Flan de Queso (Cream Cheese Flan)

  • cupssugar,white
  • ¼cupwater
  • 14ozcondensed milk,(1 can) sweetened
  • 12ozevaporated milk,(1 can)
  • 5eggs
  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package)
  • 1tspvanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Heat the sugar and water together in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves into a light brown caramel. Pour into a round glass baking dish.

  3. Place the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a blender.

  4. Blend into a smooth custard. Pour over caramelized sugar in the baking dish.

  5. Place the baking dish in a deep baking pan. Pour in enough water to reach halfway up the baking dish.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until the custard is set and the top is light brown,

  7. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until cold.
