- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

In a large bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Add the chow mein noodles to the chocolate mixture and gently fold until well coated.

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
