  • 2 cups of chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of mini eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.

  2. Add the chow mein noodles to the melted chocolate and stir until all the noodles are coated.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the chocolate noodle mixture onto the sheet, shaping them into nest-like circles.

  4. Place 2-3 mini eggs in the center of each nest.

  5. Allow the nests to cool and harden at room temperature for about 1 hour or until the chocolate has set.
