How To Make Mom’s Mashed Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.

In a separate pot, hard boil the eggs. Once cooked, peel and chop them.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, onions, and celery. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle paprika on top for added flavor and garnish.
