How To Make Layered No-Bake Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- 3 oz graham crackers, (2½ packets)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- lemon zests, (from 2 lemons)
- ⅔ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cashew nuts, soaked overnight

Layer crackers onto a 9x13-inch baking container.

Combine condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar, salt, butter, cream, and cashew nuts. Puree until smooth.

Layer mixture over graham crackers.
