How To Make Avocado Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the mashed avocados, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
