Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 200g chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
- Sprinkles, colored sugar, or coconut flakes for decoration (optional)
Instructions
-
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
-
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval until smooth.
-
Dip each egg into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Use a fork to lift the egg, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
-
Place the chocolate-covered eggs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
-
If desired, decorate the eggs with sprinkles, colored sugar, or coconut flakes while the chocolate is still wet.
-
Refrigerate the eggs for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
-
Serve the chocolate covered Easter eggs and enjoy!
