How To Make Little Strawberry Cheesecakes

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Divide the crumb mixture evenly among the muffin cups. Press down firmly to form the crust.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the diced strawberries.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin cups, filling each one almost to the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Top each cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry before serving.
