How To Make Strawberry Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of 4 individual serving dishes.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

In another bowl, gently toss sliced strawberries with lemon juice.

Top each serving dish with the strawberry mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.

Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
