- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with cherry pie filling.
