How To Make Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Spread it out evenly.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Once cooled, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
