How To Make Cherry Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients
- 250g of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of cherry pie filling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the egg and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, spread the cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Slice into squares and serve chilled.
