How To Make Dots Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  5. Pour mixture over the crust.

  6. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top.

  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.

  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
