Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour mixture over the crust.

Spoon cherry pie filling over the top.

Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
