- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sour cream, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
