  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, instant coffee powder, baking powder, salt, and chopped walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  4. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
