- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

Season the beef with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the beef for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.

Let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
