Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and granulated sugar over medium heat until steaming. Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.
