
How To Make Buttermilk Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- Fresh berries for serving (optional)
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Once bloomed, microwave the gelatin for 15 seconds or until melted.

In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted gelatin, and vanilla extract.

Slowly pour the warm cream mixture into the buttermilk mixture, whisking constantly.

Divide the mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses or ramekins.

Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Before serving, garnish with fresh berries if desired.
