- 6 hard boiled eggs

- 2 tbsp dijon mustard

- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs into small chunks.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add the egg chunks to the seasoning mixture and mix together.
