How To Make Air Fryer Vegetable Pakoras
Crispy and flavorful, these vegetarian fritters are a perfect snack or appetizer.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mixed veggies (carrot, onion, green beans, bell pepper) chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

Add water slowly to make a thick batter. Mix well to remove any lumps.

Add chopped veggies and mix well.

Preheat the air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes.

Grease the air fryer basket with oil.

Using a spoon, drop small portions of the vegetable mixture into the basket.

Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown (flip halfway through).

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
