How To Make Air Fryer Fish Curry Recipe
A delicious fish curry with a crispy air fryer twist!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of fish fillet, cubed
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the curry powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cubed fish to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

Add the onion and garlic to the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the spice-coated fish to the air fryer basket on top of the onions and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In a saucepan, combine the diced tomatoes and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.

Mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and add it to the saucepan. Stir and let thicken for 2-3 minutes.

Serve the air fryer fish on a plate and top with the tomato-coconut sauce.
