- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup of butter, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
