Ingredients
- 1 medium size head of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and discard the stems.

Grate the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
